This Policy applies to all users, including Free, Pro, and Elite members.

  • Spatial IQ
  • Possession Tagging
  • Historical Echoes
  • Maturity Index
  • All proprietary modules and methodologies
  • All written content, graphics, branding, and design elements

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, scraping, or publication of any content is strictly prohibited.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Requests)

If you believe that content on Draft Detective™ infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

  • Republishing rankings
  • Scraping proprietary modules
  • Sharing paid content outside the Platform
  • Attempting to reverse‑engineer or leak trade‑secret systems

We may revoke access without refund.

We actively protect our proprietary scouting system through:

  • DMCA enforcement
  • Trade secret protections
  • Terms of Use restrictions
